Equal Length Gains

Off The Line Performances equal length header, stepped runners, and big tubes will benefit your FA20/24 in your first gen Subaru BRZ / Toyota GT86 / Scion FR-S and second gen Subaru BRZ / Toyota GR86. We originally designed this header specifically for the larger FA24, with the goals of midrange gains and smoothing the infamous ‘torque dip’. Our testing has shown exciting results on the dyno with our first gen 2013 Toyota TRD GT86 as well, with gains throughout the midrange and and overall smoother powerband over other aftermarket exhaust manifolds.

Bolt On - CEL

while the catalytic converter being used is EPA-compliant, we cannot guarantee that this item will pass emisisions testing in various states. During our testing, no-CEL was present during dyno and on-road testing but your results may vary. Use of a O2 extension would be recommended by us to ensure no-CEL.

Construction

Our in-house built header is made 100% out of 304 stainless steel featuring CNC'd 1/2"in thick flanges, mandrel bent runners and is meticulously TIG welded. Did we mention this is all in-house? Here at Off The Line Performance we take quality very seriously, and we know quality.

these headers are amazing for the price the fit and finish is perfect and it comes with brand new oem gaskets , money well spent

The headers give a deeper tone and it’s also noticeably louder. I would give a 5 star but CEL (PO420 code) came on after 2 weeks of driving. It did go away after installing a spacer on the downstream O2 sensor. Overall, a great header that gives good sound quality and performance.

Awesome headers! but....

The craftsmanship is excellent and I did notice an increase in mid - top end power. exhaust note is minimally changed but it is noticeable. These headers did trip the CEL on my car after driving about 40-50 miles. I checked the code and it was in fact a cat efficiency P0420 code. I will be throwing on an O2 extension this weekend to see if that clears the code. I really like these headers and am bummed my CEL came on. hopefully the extension fixes that, otherwise I'll be taking them off for good. The CEL on these cars turns on multiple lights as well as leaves a warning message on your screen that does not go away.

Though it's not very common, we have seen cases where some setups need an O2 spacer and that should eliminate your CEL.
