OTL GRC Street Series Catback Exhaust System - 2023+ Toyota GR Corolla

I bought my 2024 GR circuit edition at the beginning on march, since I bought it I started looking for an exhaust system that wasn’t to expensive! I started looking around and ran into a video on the OTL exhaust! To tell you the true I felt in love with the design and how it looked! I liked the sound and you can tell from pics and video that it was good quality! That price also caught my eye and I decided that I was going to go with this kit.

When I went to the website it wasn’t even out on the market yet, lol I had to wait like two months before ordering from them! It was a long wait and finally the day came to order it. The first day it was available on the website I put in my order. I thought well let’s wait another 2 weeks or so for it to arrive, and I was wrong, I had it with in 3 to 4 days at my front door.

Finally I had my hands on an exhaust system, when I opened the box and saw the quality of it I was surprised of how good it looks. I went ahead and pulled up their installation video and started installing the exhaust on my car! An hour and 15 minutes later I was done with the installation, and when I turned on the car I couldn’t believe how amazing the sound is in person, and I felt in love with it all over again! Now I can’t wait to get my down pipe from OTL and match it with the catback system.

THE WAIT WAS WORTHY! If you are looking for a reasonable price, well made, great sound, easy install and B E A U T I F U L L exhaust system don’t even hesitate for a moment and buy this system, I know you will love it.

I almost forgot…. When I bought it I didn’t even realized it comes with a control that you can open and close the center valve, just imagine when I opened the box and find out lol….. I hope this review helps you make your final decision and pull the trigger on your next purchase!

Love the exhaust sounds amazing but the only concern I have is I cant get the center tip to fully tighten down and it slowly backs off and I have to readjust it

I love the way the exhaust sounds. Installation was a breeze. Didn’t take long at all to install. Very pleased with the burnt tips looks really good and clean.

off the line performance knocked it out of the park with their cat back exhaust I'm very pleased to say that the packaging and craftsmanship and most of all the sound is top-notch and definitely the most competitive price out there for exhaust systems for gr Corolla. It didn't take long to install and is very straightforward. The key fobs are great but I would like to see a OEM style button to put in car, would definitely add a OEM touch but that's something I can look into later on.

The only complaint I have is that the exhaust valve rattles if you decide to go halfway in between open and close. What I'm noticing that could be causing this issue is the OLT Cat-Back does not utilize exhaust springs to mount to the OEM mid pipe causing excess visible vibration through the exhaust possibly hence the reason for the rattle of the valve. But that's just my first diagnosis I will dive into a little bit further to see if there's anything I can do to reduce the vibration or figure out why the valve might have a little bit of play. But by no means that this means that the exhaust valve is crap. The valve works as it should and seals very nicely when shut.

I recently installed the OTL catback exhaust with a friend, and it’s an absolutely impressive piece of fabrication. The quality and attention to detail are top-notch. I was initially surprised by how much the tone deepened with the valve open at startup, but during revs and driving, it delivers a mature, deep rumble, especially at high RPMs. The included polyurethane bushings are stiffer than OEM and a welcome upgrade. I’ve developed a habit of closing the valve before shutting off the car and reopening it before startup just because it sounds too good.

One FYI for installation: there’s a drain hole beneath the valve’s center section, so don’t worry if you see water leaking from a weld or “hole” you’ll see what I’m talking about.

My only suggestion to the OTL team would be to consider a future design that somehow integrates the OEM valve and remote override function as one valve. Because the OEM valve is still plugged in and 3M taped out of the way, you still hear the OEM valve actuate open and closed. You do get used to hearing the OEM valve actuate, but you can only really hear it in a quiet car.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this catback system and highly recommend it. The burnt tips look amazing with Ice Cap White. I I wouldn’t consider another system unless it’s titanium. S/O to Jayden for always being helpful on Facebook for any question, big or small!
