Shipping Policy

At Off The Line Performance, we work to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping policy before placing an order. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, international shipping requirements, and responsibilities associated with receiving an order.

By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge the shipping terms disclosed at the time of purchase, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed during regular business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, supplier processing requirements, and order verification.

Some products are shipped directly from our distributors, manufacturers, or third-party fulfillment facilities. As a result, items within the same order may ship separately and originate from different locations.

An order confirmation does not necessarily indicate that an item has shipped.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide applicable cancellation or refund options as required by law.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, package dimensions, weight, and applicable carrier rates.

Shipping charges cover transportation services and do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Estimated delivery dates and transit times are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery guarantee is expressly offered.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs inspections, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Selecting an expedited shipping service does not necessarily expedite order processing or product availability.

3. International Shipping — Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

IMPORTANT: International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, customs taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

International shipments are generally sent with import duties and taxes payable by the recipient, commonly referred to as Delivered at Place (DAP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

The shipping amount collected at checkout covers the selected transportation service. It does not constitute prepayment of import duties, taxes, customs assessments, or clearance fees unless the order expressly identifies those charges as included.

Customs authorities and shipping carriers may assess additional charges before releasing a shipment for delivery.

These charges may include, but are not limited to:

-Import duties and tariffs

-Goods and Services Tax (GST)

-Value Added Tax (VAT)

-Customs clearance and brokerage fees

-Carrier disbursement and processing fees

-Import handling and administrative charges

-Other government-imposed import assessments

Off The Line Performance does not control the assessment or amount of these charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their country's import regulations and understanding potential charges before placing an international order.

Payment of shipping charges at checkout does not mean that an international order is free of additional import charges.

Where an international shipment is expressly sold with duties and taxes prepaid, the terms displayed at checkout will govern those charges.

4. Customs Clearance & Import Compliance

International customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country.

This includes providing any required identification, documentation, permits, approvals, or other information requested by customs authorities or shipping carriers.

Customers are also responsible for confirming that the products ordered may legally be imported, possessed, and used in their country.

Off The Line Performance will provide accurate shipping and customs documentation based on the transaction and available product information.

We cannot guarantee that an item will be approved for import or released by customs authorities.

Customs inspections, regulatory reviews, and clearance procedures may cause delays outside our control.

5. Refused Shipments & Unpaid Import Charges

If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay applicable import charges, or does not provide information required for customs clearance, the shipping carrier may hold, return, or dispose of the shipment in accordance with its procedures and applicable law.

These circumstances may result in additional expenses, including:

-Return transportation charges

-Customs storage fees

-Carrier handling or administrative fees

-Return import duties or taxes

-Other documented costs associated with the refusal or failed delivery

Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable, documented costs resulting from a customer's refusal to accept a properly fulfilled shipment or pay previously disclosed import charges may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.

Refund eligibility will be determined after the shipment's status is confirmed and any applicable return conditions are reviewed.

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a full refund.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's statutory rights when goods are defective, incorrectly supplied, materially misrepresented, or otherwise subject to a legally required remedy.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Please verify all shipping information before submitting an order, including:

-Recipient name

-Street address and unit number

-City, state, and postal code

-Country

-Contact telephone number, when required by the carrier

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, return, or additional carrier charges, the customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery or correction costs where permitted by law.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

Please contact us as soon as possible if shipping information needs to be corrected.

7. Lost, Missing & Delayed Shipments

If tracking indicates that a shipment has been delayed, lost, or delivered but the package cannot be located, please contact us promptly.

We will assist with reviewing tracking information and, when appropriate, initiating an investigation or claim with the shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations may require additional time and documentation.

A carrier's delivery scan may be considered evidence of delivery, but it does not automatically resolve every claim or eliminate applicable consumer rights.

Refunds, replacements, or other remedies will be evaluated based on the circumstances, available evidence, and applicable law.

Off The Line Performance is not responsible for delays caused solely by customs inspections, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery whenever reasonably possible.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

-Order number

-Photographs of the damaged product

-Photographs of the shipping carton and packaging

-A description of the damage

-Any available carrier damage documentation

Please retain the original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

We may coordinate with the shipping carrier, manufacturer, or distributor to investigate the damage and determine an appropriate resolution.

Reporting damage promptly helps preserve carrier claim eligibility, but failure to report within a particular timeframe does not eliminate any non-waivable statutory rights.

9. Oversized & Freight Shipments

Certain automotive components, including exhaust systems, body panels, wheels, large assemblies, and other oversized products, may require special handling or freight transportation.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on package dimensions, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.

Freight shipments may require the recipient to arrange unloading equipment, delivery access, or an appointment.

Customers should inspect freight shipments for visible damage before signing delivery documentation whenever practical.

Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt.

Additional delivery services, including liftgate service, residential delivery, or redelivery, may incur charges when not included in the original shipping arrangement.

10. Backorders & Supplier Availability

Some products may be fulfilled directly through manufacturers or distributors and may be subject to changing inventory availability.

An item appearing available for purchase does not guarantee immediate shipment.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable or experiences an extended fulfillment delay, we will notify the customer and provide an updated estimate when available.

Customers will be offered applicable cancellation or refund options consistent with governing law.

We reserve the right to cancel an order when a product cannot reasonably be fulfilled, with a refund of the affected unfulfilled items and associated charges as required by law.

11. Order Cancellations & Changes

Customers should contact us immediately to request an order cancellation or modification.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible through the shipping carrier.

Orders already in transit may need to follow our applicable return procedures.

Special-order, made-to-order, or manufacturer-direct items may be subject to additional restrictions disclosed before purchase, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Any required cancellation rights, refunds, or remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.

12. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different warehouses or distributors.

Items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Multiple tracking numbers may be provided when applicable.

Separate shipments do not necessarily indicate missing items or incomplete fulfillment.

13. Product Restrictions & Vehicle Compliance

Customers are responsible for confirming that purchased automotive components are suitable for their intended vehicle and comply with applicable local regulations.

Certain performance products may be restricted for road use, emissions compliance, or importation in specific jurisdictions.

Shipping availability does not constitute a representation that a product is legal for installation or use in the destination jurisdiction.

Any product-specific representations, warranties, and applicable statutory rights remain in effect.

14. Returns, Refunds & Shipping Charges

Returns and refunds are subject to our applicable Return Policy and any mandatory consumer protection requirements.

Original shipping charges may be nonrefundable for eligible discretionary returns where the transportation service has already been performed and this condition was properly disclosed.

Return shipping, carrier fees, and other reasonable costs may apply depending on the reason for return.

These limitations do not apply where a refund or other remedy is required by law, including applicable rights relating to defective, incorrect, or nonconforming goods.

International duties and taxes paid directly to customs authorities or shipping carriers generally must be addressed through the relevant authority or carrier. Eligibility for reimbursement or recovery depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

15. Limitations & Applicable Consumer Rights

Off The Line Performance makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate shipping information, properly fulfill orders, and assist customers with delivery-related issues.

We are not responsible for charges or delays imposed independently by customs authorities or shipping carriers to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable consumer protection law, the applicable law will prevail.
